TECSISA has obtained the ISO 27001 certification after successfully passing the audit carried out by AENOR. The ISO 27001 standard is internationally recognized that helps to manage information security in any type of organization, giving certified companies a competitive and commercial advantage.

Security management has become an indispensable element for all organizations, regardless of their sector, and it is especially important in those sectors considered critical, such as the energy sector, for which TECSISA offers Kommodo, a platform oriented to the automation of electricity and gas generation, distribution and commercialization processes.

To do this, TECSISA has established the mechanisms for the preservation of the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the information and of the systems involved in its treatment through an Information Security Management System (ISMS) that manages the risks in all the Kommodo platform.

The implementation of this new ISMS provides TECSISA with the necessary tools that allow it to secure the information, in addition to strengthening regulatory compliance with regard to the European Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish legislation for digital companies, applying measures that enable TECSISA to respond effectively to attacks, ensuring business continuity and the confidentiality of its clients’ information.

This certification highlights TECSISA’s commitment to protecting its customers’ data, offering Kommodo, a scalable and secure platform, designed with native cloud computing and Big Data technologies, and marketed in SaaS mode.
